Refunds & Returns Policy


ALWAYS measure first before purchasing! Our parts are designed to suit "Sports Direct" trampolines, but often fit other brands too.

We are committed to manufacturing products of the highest quality.

Sports Direct complies with Australian consumer Laws in relation to returns and refunds.

IF YOU PURCHASE THE WRONG SIZE BY MISTAKE:

If the item is still in the original packaging, unopened and unused.  (ie – just the way we sold it to you) then you may return the goods for a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to return the item to our warehouse in order to conduct the exchange, or cover shipping costs to do so. If you are shipping the item, you will also need to cover shipping costs if you have any new items to be sent to you.

IF YOU HAVE USED THE ITEM – AND IT IS THE WRONG SIZE:

If you have tried to fit the part onto your trampoline, this is classed as “used” (ie- removed the original packaging and unfolded the item)

We are simply unable to re-sell an item that has been stretched and strained in attempting to fit it on the incorrect size frame. It is then classed as used, and is not able to be sold as a new item.

We recommend that you sell your item locally on Ebay, Gumtree etc, recover your costs without having to pay for more shipping etc.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:

Under Australian Consumer Laws, any manufacturing defects will be rectified immediately. Please contact us if you encounter any manufacturing problems.

We stress the importance of measuring your trampoline accurately, to ensure you purchase the right size parts for your existing frame, particularly TRAMPOLINE MATS, which must be an exact match in dimensions and springs etc.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL MEASUREMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING PARTS FOR YOUR TRAMPOLINE, AS OUR RANGE OF PARTS IS MADE TO SUIT SPORTS DIRECT TRAMPOLINES, (ALTHOUGH THEY OFTEN FIT OTHER BRANDS).
